A bespoke maths workbook for Felsted School — combining presentation expectations, numeracy vocabulary support, feedback pages, spelling reference sections, and target-setting layouts in one structured resource designed to improve mathematical literacy, organisation, and student reflection.
Felsted School wanted a maths workbook that would support both numeracy and mathematical language while reinforcing consistent presentation and feedback routines. The aim was to create a practical resource pupils could use to organise learning, reflect on progress, and develop confidence with key mathematical vocabulary.
We designed a bespoke workbook featuring exercise book expectations, numeracy keyword and definition panels, personalised target-setting sections, teacher/peer/self-assessment pages, and WWW/EBI feedback layouts. The book also included dedicated spelling support spreads and commonly misspelt word reference pages to strengthen literacy alongside mathematical understanding.
The finished workbook gave teachers a consistent structure for feedback, vocabulary development, and reflection while helping pupils build stronger independent learning habits and more organised mathematical presentation across the year. The books were printed in the UK and fully carbon balanced from print through to delivery.
