Grove School wanted a professional development journal that encouraged staff to engage more meaningfully with educational reading and training. The aim was to create a simple but structured resource that supported reflection, implementation, and ongoing professional growth throughout the year.
We designed a bespoke CPD journal featuring dedicated sections for professional development titles, overviews, reflective notes, key takeaways, and next steps or impact planning. The repeated layout gave staff a consistent framework for recording ideas, identifying actionable strategies, and reflecting on how professional learning could influence classroom practice.
The finished journal supported a more structured approach to staff CPD and professional reflection while providing teachers with a practical resource they could revisit throughout the year. The books were printed in the UK using carbon-balanced production and environmentally responsible materials.
