A bespoke CPD journal for Kingswood School — combining structured training reflections, key-takeaway prompts, action-planning pages, and dedicated note sections in one professional resource designed to help staff turn CPD into meaningful classroom practice.
Kingswood School wanted a professional CPD journal that would support staff reflection and encourage training sessions to lead to practical classroom implementation. The aim was to create a simple but structured resource teachers could use throughout the year to record ideas, identify actions, and review impact over time.
We designed a bespoke CPD journal featuring a contents page for logging sessions, structured CPD record pages, key-takeaway and question prompts, further-reading sections, action-planning spreads, and dedicated “Review / Refine / Ditch” reflection pages. The journal also included repeated note-taking layouts so staff could capture training ideas, strategies, and follow-up actions in one organised place.
The finished journal gave staff a consistent framework for professional reflection and evidence-informed practice while supporting a more organised and purposeful approach to ongoing CPD across the school. The books were printed in the UK using carbon-balanced production and environmentally responsible materials.
