Llansannor & Llanharry Church in Wales Primary School wanted a project book that reflected the school’s values while supporting enquiry-based learning and pupil reflection across the curriculum. The aim was to create a flexible resource that encouraged children to think independently, celebrate progress, and engage more deeply with their learning.
We designed a bespoke primary project book featuring values-based reflection pages, termly self-evaluation prompts, “Cheers and Challenges” reflection spreads, spelling-reference pages, bilingual Welsh and English vocabulary support, and structured question-grid activities to encourage enquiry and discussion. The layouts gave pupils dedicated spaces for reflection, creative thinking, and recording project learning while reinforcing the school’s ethos of exploration, discovery, and growth.
The finished project book supported a more reflective and enquiry-led approach to learning while giving pupils a colourful, engaging resource they could use confidently across topics and curriculum areas throughout the year. The books were printed in the UK using carbon-balanced production and environmentally responsible materials.
