A bespoke personal development workbook for Meden School — combining wellbeing guidance, anti-bullying support, oracy strategies, British values, and reflective learning prompts in one structured resource designed to strengthen student confidence, resilience, and personal development across the curriculum.
Meden School wanted a whole-school personal development book that would support wellbeing, student voice, and wider personal growth alongside the academic curriculum. The aim was to create a structured resource that encouraged discussion, reflection, and confidence while helping students engage with important real-world topics in a safe and supportive way.
We designed a bespoke workbook featuring debate-and-discussion frameworks, SHAPE oracy prompts, anti-bullying guidance, British values reference pages, wellbeing and mental-health support information, and reflective “What are you going to do with this information?” activities throughout the book. The layouts encouraged students to think critically, articulate ideas confidently, and connect classroom discussions to their own experiences and decision-making.
The finished workbook gave staff a consistent framework for personal development, discussion, and student wellbeing while helping pupils build confidence, empathy, resilience, and stronger communication skills across the school year. The books were printed in the UK using carbon-balanced production and environmentally responsible materials.
