Mount Carmel Roman Catholic High School — A creative subjects workbook built around progress tracking, feedback, and independent improvement

A bespoke creative subjects workbook for Mount Carmel Roman Catholic High School — combining KS3 progress tracking, structured feedback, effort monitoring, and creative-development pages in one resource designed to help students take ownership of their progress and creative learning.

Mount Carmel Roman Catholic High School wanted a workbook that would support students across creative subjects while providing a clear framework for tracking progress, responding to feedback, and improving their work over time. The aim was to create a resource that reinforced the department’s expectations around creativity, presentation, effort, and reflection.

We designed a bespoke workbook featuring KS3 progress-summary and target-setting pages, colour-coded progress tracking, code-marking feedback sheets, WOW/NOW review sections, effort meters, challenge-response activities, and dedicated ideas pages. The book also included opportunities for students to record improvement targets, evidence progress, and reflect on feedback throughout the year.

The finished workbook gave teachers a consistent framework for assessment, feedback, and progress monitoring while helping students develop stronger independence, resilience, and ownership of their learning across creative subjects. The books were printed in the UK using carbon-balanced production and environmentally responsible materials.
